“This gripping tale unfolds in almost a geometric fashion where each chapter seems to out do the previous one. The interest in the plot becomes intoxicating heading towards a much-anticipated crescendo. The author has the gift of bringing scenes to life. One can see, smell and taste things in the story. The characters come alive to the point where you begin thinking of them as someone you know, dragging you deep into the story. I don’t normally read this kind of book, but I’m glad I read this one. I will read anything this author writes and I look forward to the screenplay and movie “Death of a Warrior”. It’s only a matter of time.”

“In DEATH OF A WARRIOR, Stephen Hannemann has been able to hit dead-on the essence of a great action thriller. He develops his characters well, and within the first few paragraphs, draws you into the deepest recesses of their lives. The action comes quick and flows smoothly across the pages, and as the reader, you find yourself in the thick of the drama and wanting more. The only difficult thing about the book was to lay it aside for the night and go to sleep.”
Stan Hendrickson, Whidbey Island, WA

“Look out, Tom Clancy! There’s a new author making his mark in suspense and action novels. Stephen Hannemann’s DEATH OF A WARRIOR is a fast moving thriller that doesn’t allow you to put your book down until you know what happens on the next page. It’s a fascinating mix of terrorism and murder combined with friendship and love, taking place in the Pacific Northwest. Full of interesting characters, thought-provoking situations, and plenty of action, I can still feel the wind on my face and the engines vibrating underfoot. A truly superb novel! The only question when I finished the novel is who will play the lead in the movie?”
R. J. Hecker, Everett, WA

“Stephen Hannemann spins an exciting modern fable and, at the same time, informs the reader. Literary magic!”
Lois Miller, Beaverton, OR

“Couldn’t put it down. Hannemann is the new Tom Clancy or Dean Koontz. Per my reading teacher wife, ‘Stephen Hannemann should become a household standard for the techno thriller fan.’”
Jack Rookaird, Everett, WA

“The title of your book doesn’t sound like a book I would normally read. But don’t let the title keep you from reading this great book. It’s full of mystery, romance, self-discoveries, and the most important elements to me are family and friendships. I got hooked on the story in the first few pages. Stephen has a very creative way of starting a story that gets you thinking one thing, then bang, it goes in another direction. You get so intrigued in
the story you have to keep reading to see what else he has coming at you. Anyone who likes to read will find this book one they will talk about for a long time. I can’t wait for the next book to come out.”
Rita Gerry, Lake Stevens, WA

“Jason Brisben is an inspiration to me. He never gave up. He was ever loyal to himself and to others.”
J. Booth, Portland, OR
